Swivvle® Crash Replacement Program – Sirius Helmet Model

Introduction

The Swivvle® Crash Replacement Program is a voluntary, additional service offered by Swivvle® to owners of a Swivvle® Sirius bicycle helmet.

This program is not a legal obligation and provides users with extra support after a fall or accident in which the helmet has been damaged.

Swivvle® reserves the right to assess each request individually and decide on approval or rejection based on the conditions below.

Conditions for Participation

1. Applicability

  • The program is valid exclusively for the Swivvle® Sirius helmet.
  • The helmet must be registered within 30 days of purchase on the official Swivvle® website: www.swivvle official.com.
  • Only helmets purchased within two (2) years from the date of purchase are eligible, provided they were registered within 30 days after purchase.
  • The original proof of purchase must be provided. The purchase must have been made at an authorized Swivvle® dealer, the official Swivvle® website, Bol.com, Decathlon Marketplace, or Amazon.

2. Demonstrable Crash

  • Replacement applies only if there is clear evidence of a fall or heavy impact involving the helmet.
  • The damage must be the direct result of an accident and not caused by wear, misuse, improper handling or merely cosmetic damage.
  • Swivvle® may request additional information or images at any time to assess the damage.

3. Submission of the Damaged Helmet

  • The damaged helmet must be returned to Swivvle® complete and unmodified for inspection.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Swivvle® is not liable for loss or additional damage during transport.

4. Assessment and Approval

  • Upon receipt, the Swivvle® team will technically inspect the helmet to determine whether it qualifies for replacement.
  • If the damage does not meet the conditions, the request may be rejected.
  • Swivvle’s decision is final and binding; no objection or appeal is possible.

5. Replacement If approved, the user will receive a replacement helmet of the same model, colour and size. If this is no longer available, an equivalent alternative will be provided. The replacement helmet will be delivered free of charge.

  • Within the first year after purchase: A free new Sirius helmet.
  • Within the second year after purchase: A 50% discount code for the purchase of a new Sirius helmet.

6. Limitations

  • The program is valid once per helmet.
  • Only helmets purchased through authorized sales channels (Swivvle® dealers, website, Bol.com, Decathlon Marketplace or Amazon) are eligible.
  • The program is personal and valid only for the first owner of the helmet.
  • Swivvle® reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program without prior notice. 

7. Exclusions The following situations are not covered by the Crash Replacement Program:

  • Damage caused by intentional actions, negligence or improper use.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs to the helmet.
  • Normal wear, discoloration, scratches or other cosmetic defects.
  • Helmets without a visible serial number, without original proof of purchase, or with removed labels or inner padding.

Final Provision

The Swivvle® Crash Replacement Program is a customer-oriented service and does not provide any additional warranty or legal rights.
By participating in this program, the customer fully agrees to all conditions stated above.
